A little about myself. I am a disabled army veteran and have a VA loan. I have a teaching license for middle & high school social studies. An important tool of the trade is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). MLS is the internet system all agents use to list and find properties for their clients. Web-sites like Trulia and Zillow, only give you a portion of the available information, often it is incorrect or outdated. MLS will give you everything I have access to, except the contact information for other agents. MLS will send you a daily email with new properties and price changes. This search is based on your preferences in location, type of property, and price range. All you have to do select properties you want to see, and we go look at them.
